Dr. Keith Nussbaum
Dr. Keith Nussbaum is a highly regarded and experienced chiropractor who has been practicing in the capital district for more than 27 years. In that time he has treated thousands of patients for back and neck pain, including professional athletes, pregnant women and families. Dr. Nussbaum is a certified chiropractic sports physician and an expert in cutting edge techniques and technologies such as spinal decompression and laser light therapy.
Dr. Nussbaum is a diplomat of the National Board of Examiners, and holds advanced certification in SpineMED decompression. His abiding interest in the very latest developments in chiropractic has led him to attend numerous postgraduate seminars, lectures and symposia.
Today Dr. Nussbaum continues to exceed requirements for the strictest regulations in chiropractic care. His expertise has earned him a number of awards and positions, including acclaimed work with the Carolina Hurricanes, New Jersey Devils, the University of Albany, Union College, Sienna College and RPI athletes.

Dr. Cletus Simonetti
After relocating from Lindenhurst, NY Dr. Simonetti joined Dr. Nussbaum's office. Dr. Simonetti currently lives in Saratoga, NY with his wife, two children and a plethora of chickens. He brings a light hearted energy to the office and is sure to make you smile. In his spare time Dr. Simonetti is a volunteer firefighter in Saratoga County.
Dr. Simonetti is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College (class of 1992) and has been practicing chiropractic for more than 23 years. Treating many patients with a variety of neck and back conditions, Dr. Simonetti is a very caring, warm hearted and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to listen to each patient and their concerns, establishing treatment options to best suit the needs of each of his patients. Dr. Simonetti's treatments include soft tissue/myofascial work before preforming a spinal manipulation for optimal pain relief.
Dr. Carolyn Driscoll
Dr. Carolyn graduated from the University of Western States, cum laude, in Portland, Oregon where she also completed a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science from Loyola University in Biology and Psychology and completed post-baccaulareate pre-medical training at American University in Washington, DC. Dr. Carolyn has post-doctoral training in pediatrics and craniosacral therapy and is currently pursing her Pediatrics Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Dr. Carolyn has a passion for an active lifestyle and the outdoors, including hiking, camping, running, skiing, tennis, and waterskiing. She thinks it is imperative to have a balance of both physical and mental health and she whole-heartedly believes in proactive prevention and assisting the body’s ability to heal itself.
Above all else, Dr. Carolyn is a mother. She has the honor of being “mama” to her tenacious 2 year old, Max, and she and her husband Will are excited to welcome Baby #2 in a few months.
Dr. Carolyn believes that “moms run the world” and is an advocate for healthy and happy moms and their families.
